Lean Six Sigma White Belt

The starting place, and a mandatory step for all Operational Excellence project participants. This online, self-paced course provides a foundation of Lean Six Sigma and equips participants with the skills to assist with change management and participate in local problem-solving project teams.

Prerequisite: N/A
Time commitment: 90 minutes
Sessions: Available as of July 15, 2021
Coursework: N/A

Sponsor Leadership Workshop

This online 3-hour workshop is designed for Operational Directors and Department Heads involved in process management support and project sponsorship.

Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma White Belt
Time commitment: 3 hours

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

This interactive 2-day workshop is designed for managers and team members who lead small projects.

Participants will need to complete a certification exam and project assignment to receive their course certificate. Prior to the start of the course, participants will be asked to identify a continuous improvement project at work that is approved by their manager and has trackable benefits realization measures as their assignment — due within three weeks of completing the course.

Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma White Belt
Time commitment: 2 days + 30 hours of coursework

Lean Green Belt

This interactive 5-day workshop is designed for managers and team members who lead small projects.

Participants will need to complete a certification exam and project assignment to receive their course certificate. Prior to the start of the course, participants will be asked to identify a continuous improvement project at work that is approved by their manager and has trackable benefits realization measures as their assignment — due within 12 weeks of completing the course.

Prerequisite: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Time commitment: 5 days + 45 hours of coursework
